Amelia’s mission is “Dressage for all.” We work to build positive, confident, communication with your horse through accessible education, community, and support. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location:Â Remote
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18-22/hr
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Role Overview
Our Team has grown again! We have 1-2 open positions for weekday customer service representatives to perform administrative duties and support the general operations of the business.
This is a paid position that would be perfect for a university student who still wants to pursue their riding education, a stay-at-home mom who wants to keep training but can’t leave her family at home to go travel, or a young coach starting out but doesn’t have a full client base yet. Room to grow into a bigger position.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering client and student emails during regular business hours
- Monitoring Social Channels
Required Skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new programs intuitively
- Ability to use and interact with social media platforms

- Ability to multitask, manage time, and organize a to-do list independently
- Professional and friendly demeanor
